Shipping Rates:
- Standard shipping within Canada is free for orders over $1000.
- For orders under $1000, a flat shipping fee of $20 will be applied at checkout.
Delivery Time:
- Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
- Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
Order Tracking:
- After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- You can track your package on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We take great care in packaging your jewelry to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
- If your package is lost, we will work with the carrier to locate it. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once they are marked as delivered.
